”Substitute” for HR Manager vacancy
I have been leading HR and Communication teams in multinational companies in several countries for almost 30 years and have been a trusted partner for many senior leadership teams.
The last 20 years I have had a wonderful time at Novo Nordisk.
My office is in the centre of Copenhagen, Hauser Plads 32, where I work together with 20 competent and experienced consultants.
People often say that I build trust very quickly and that I am good at bringing people together. I am excited about driving transformation and I get energy from being close to the business and making things happen. I come with a lot of positive energy that transmits through out the organisation.
During my career I have learned a lot from good and clever colleagues and here are the most important points that guide my way of thinking:
(Thanks to Novo Nordisk for developing these “Existentials)
Driving transformation, changing culture and connecting people
A tailored leadership development journey that unites people
A simple and lean process creates clarity in no time
My logo illustrates connections between people. Connection to yourself, connections to others.
The small dots are “micro moments”*; special warm and heartfelt moments that build connection and trust. The bigs dots are you and me.
Making connections is what I try to help with.
